Refund Policy


At FPGEETutor.com, your satisfaction is our priority.

We strive to provide the best possible learning experience for every student. However, if you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:


Eligibility:


A refund is applicable only if no tests have been taken and the request is made within 3 days of purchase or account activation, whichever is earlier.


Refund Amount:


You will receive a 100% refund (excluding applicable taxes or transaction fees) once the request is verified.


How to Request a Refund:


To initiate a refund, please email us at support@fpgeetutor.com with the following details:

  • Registered Student Name
  • Email ID and Contact Number used during registration
  • Date of Payment and Amount Paid
  • Proof of Payment (receipt or screenshot)
  • Bank Details (Name of the account holder, Bank Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code)

Important Note:


  • Refunds are not applicable once any test has been accessed or attempted, or after 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • No explanations are required for valid refund requests.
  • After the 3-day period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
